By accessing and using BR Embroidery's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BR Embroidery provides custom garment decoration services including but not limited to:

• Embroidery
• Direct to Film (DTF) printing
• Silk screen printing
• Vinyl heat press
• Custom patches
• Stickers and labels

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. A deposit may be required for certain orders.

4. Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for providing artwork in acceptable formats. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. Additional fees may apply for artwork modifications or digitization.

5. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace or refund items only if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos, designs, or artwork provided for printing. BR Embroidery is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

8. Limitation of Liability

BR Embroidery's liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
